To book the Mobile Training Unit all you need to do is look at the planners on this site to see where your area is being covered. Once you have done this choose an exact date that you would like the vehicle to visit your service station.

You then decide on which two courses you would like your staff to receive on the day (we can run one course AM and one course PM that last approximately 2 - 2.5 hours each)

Once the booking is confirmed BMR will place you on the MTU planner and call you two weeks prior to the visit to confirm numbers and your requirements.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

You will need space to accommodate the vehicle which is 22 feet long, 7 feet wide and 9 feet tall.

The vehicle will need to plug into a power supply in your sales building to power the video equipment etc.

The MTU must be booked for full days only, half days cannot be accommodated.

The minimum amount of trainees per course is 2. We can accommodate 8 people on the vehicle but much more if you have your own classroom.

Please try to make available as many staff members as possible for training on the day, the fuller the MTU is the more people we can train. Speak to your local Texaco sites if you cannot fill the MTU yourself and see if they would like to send someone along to fill any empty spaces.

Cancellations must be made as soon as possible. Cancellations within 7 days will incur a £100 cancellation charge.

Please look after your trainer and they will look after you. A cup of tea or coffee on arrival and at break times would be appreciated, along with courtesy at all times, this will enhance everyone's experience on the day.

The administration fee of £5.00/€5.00 per head per training course will be invoiced by Texaco and collected via direct debit approximately 30 days after the training has taken place.
