Learner Involvement Strategy
The main aim of BMR's Learner Involvement Strategy is to improve the effectiveness of our organisation and training provision by creating a culture of learner involvement across the organisation, actively involving learners in what we do, individually and collectively
BMR will include its learners by:
Communicating this strategy and telling learners how they can become involved
Gathering feedback from learners on the services we provide
Giving learners "a voice" in helping to shape the programmes and activities of BMR
Using the feedback we receive from our learners to improve our services
Raising levels of learner satisfaction by listening to what our learners need and require
Communicating outcomes which have happened as a result of learner involvement
Linking our Learner Involvement Strategy with our Equality and Diversity Strategies
There are a number of ways in which you can be involved in the development of our provision. Here on the website we have a Learner Users Group which you can access. Alternatively you can email us direct, talk to your assessor or phone our office in Telford to find out how you can become more involved.
