  • Designing and delivering bespoke, flexible training programmes
  • Building mutually beneficial relationships with employers and businesses
  • Accurately referring employers if we are unable to meet their requirements.

We will provide:

  • High quality training for employees which takes into account individual needs and abilities, builds occupational competence and improves performance in a job role
  • Trainers, who set high professional standards, are committed to the promotion of learning and are competent and well qualified in their subject or vocational areas
  • Regular progress reviews and constructive advice, support and feedback
  • Well managed and co-ordinated training that meets the expected outcomes
  • A training experience which results in high levels of employer and learner satisfaction.

From us, you can expect:

  • An advisory interview and organisational needs analysis to identify business development and improvement opportunities and how training could contribute
  • Information, Advice and Guidance on training and development options
  • Individual training needs analysis with relevant employees
  • Advice on options available and proposals for a training solution
  • Agreement of a specific plan to meet training needs identified.

In return, we expect from you, the employer, that you will:

  • Inform us if an employee resigns or moves on from their original job if that impacts on training
  • Give us regular feedback
  • Contact us at once, should you have any questions, concerns or complaints
  • Pay all course fees promptly to the terms agreed
  • Full comply with current health and safety legislation
  • Actively participate in the promotion of equal opportunities for all.

And, we expect from your employees:

  • A positive commitment to learning and attainment of their individual learning goals
  • Immediate notification of learner resignation
  • Timely completion and submission of work
  • Respect for others, regardless of differences in culture, ability, race, nationality, disability, gender, age, sexual orientation and religion
  • Safe and responsible behaviour at all times
  • Not giving offence to others by the use of inappropriate language, actions or behaviour
  • Care of equipment and respect for other people's property
  • Concerns which may affect learning brought promptly to the attention of a member of Business Management Resources (UK) Ltd staff, so that appropriate support can be offered.
