Steps to make a comment or compliment

Comments on methods of improving our service delivery or compliments regarding the quality of service provided are always welcome. Please feel free to share your views with us by telephoning our Head Office in Telford on 01952 210848, in person if you live in the vicinity or by emailing our Operations Manager, Jackie Hill. You may also either drop us a note at the head office address or complete the online form below if you prefer.

Compliments and comments will be recorded and fed back to the relevant Staff, Managers and Departments.

Comments on methods of improving service will be passed to our Operations Manager, who will acknowledge your comment within 5 working days. She will then investigate your comment and should there be any action taken by the company, we will inform you in due course.

Ensure you include:

  • Your name and address
  • Copies of any correspondence
  • The names of the persons involved
  • Details and dates relating to what you have to say
  • Complaints or Comments and Compliments Form
